long time no - whatever :S

So I will blame my lack of updating on my lack of internet! Not having constant internet access means using the internet simply as a means of communication and not so much as an activity. As such I no longer spend time waiting for something to do and thinking " Oh yeah! I should update!" However, I am stuck in the middle of an application for namb that is driving me bonkers and I decided to surf around. Not being used to surfing however, I was at a loss of what to do.

I was applying for a job through the north american mission board to work at one of the universities here in Kansas City - I'm really excited about teh job, and its a pretty much done deal because of my connection, BUT I do have to fill out all the paperwork first, and that is a problem! The job is relatively new and therefore the paperwork itself has no idea what I'm suppoed to be doing or what I have done already :( so I'm about to give up for today and go get something to eat before church tonight.

I'm still teaching music at AWANAS, I love it - it allows me to spend time with all the kids in small spurts instead of having to choose one age group, and my class gets to be super fun :)

I'm working in daycare right now, taking care of little bitty babies :) I switched from waitressing for a steady paycheck and dependable hours. I'm off by two everyday, which is perfect for everything else I want to do with.... everything else!

I've recently gotten on the spring cleaning wagon - whatever the best metaphor for that is. Having never been a cleaner, I'm not familiar with the terminology. In need of some cash, I recently sold off some of my electronic things, adn that got me thinking about the storage closet fulll of boxes from years past - so I started on that today, as well as cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. - If there was any question why my paperwork isnt done yet, I thinkn you now have the answer! Whenever I'm putting something important off, I get a lot of random things accomplished in teh meantime. Plus my computer is broke, adn I sold off electronic stuff :) so there - longest post yet? maybe??

life is going well, I've been too busy to get online long enough to remember to write in this blessed little blog - so thats a good thing right?!

Right now I'm waiting on my piano student - ot seems he is skipping his lesson today, but thats ok because it leaves me time to eat :)

I still love love love my apartment, and God is super awesome in the way he pushes money my way when I'm sure I'm broke :)

I'm still only waitressing - there's a new mission building going up in a couple of months and I'm hopeing to get into that - its called cross world, and I really want to work with them, they seem amazing :)

I just realised I have way too many smilie faces on this thing - oh well!! that means Im happy right? I am - and thats good - I was getting worried for a while there, that that might not happen again.

well, he is officially 20 + minuites late, so I'm going to go have lunch/dinner! ciao!

the new apartment is awesome, and so far living alone is totally great! I love coming home and just chilling out without having to be kind or nice or help anyone out - I can just eat my dinner, watch the office, and read harry potter as I go to sleep. because honestly, after waiting tables all night, the last thing I want to do is help someone else out. Its selfish, but it also totally makes sense :) I can take off the "lets make you happy" smile and just be happy myself.

I have officially moved into my new apartment!!!

There are tons of boxes everywhere and I have way too much random stuff, but I'm loving this :)

I've met one neighbor and she seems really nice, there are a few kids in the buiding, but it was really quiet last night so that should be a good thing.

I'll be moving in to my very own- only mine apartment.

Its kinda scary becuase of the price, but God keeps saying its a good idea, so I'm jumpin in!! I'm so excited! I was supposed to move in today but the move in got pushed back to wednesday so I'll have to wait. Luckily I got a double shift today so I can distract myself a little :)

not much else to report.... I'm looking for another job, having teo will help out a lot! Hopefully that will work out.....
